MORE COURSE DETAILS
Explore the ethical responsibilities of planners in the very real world of bidding for and awarding work. This session compares the multiple components of the proposal process to the AICP Code of Ethics from the point of view of planners in both the public (those letting planning contracts) and private (those bidding on contracts) sectors. Areas of focus include communicating, bidding, and interacting with colleagues and friends. This session examines real-world examples of both the recommended practice and what to do when faced with difficult circumstances.
