Explore the increased focus on the Fair Housing Act since the November 2020 election. Local governments throughout the U.S. continue to innovate in this area in creative ways. Two national leaders in fair housing law and affordable housing economics join a regional housing policy coordinator from the Baltimore area to discuss emerging trends, including Source of Income legislation, small area fair market rents, resident preference policies, recent court decisions, and regional project-based voucher programs. Hear about the challenges faced in implementing each reform.
