Course Details
Planning directors from a few of the largest cities in the United States will be joined by an expert on changes happening in cities post-pandemic. They will discuss the struggle for inclusive growth in adapting downtowns to a changing economy and society.
The expert will frame the discussion and share data comparing trends nationwide. The planning directors will complement this national view with examples of how their planning departments are considering the future of their downtowns. They will offer land use solutions related to shifting needs for office and housing, and the desire to make their cities accessible to all.
