ChatGPT is taking the world by storm. How can you use this tool effectively and responsibly in your planning practice? 

In this presentation, AI experts will explain what generative AI is and how it works, while exploring the opportunities and caveats it holds for planning practice. Gain hands-on experience prompting ChatGPT to create desired outputs via live demos and exercises led by engaging instructors. You’ll also learn about the key elements in the first ChatGPT guidelines adopted by a U.S. city and how those principles are shaping use of ChatGPT by city staff in safe and responsible ways. 
 
NOTE: To be able to participate in the training section of the webinar, participants should sign up for an OpenAI account (free version available at https://chat.openai.com/auth/login), and be ready to sign into ChatGPT when the training section of the webinar begins.
