Daniel Lim is a thinker, artist and educator. As principal consultant, Daniel specializes in teaching systems thinking, collaboration methods and social justice practices to build life-affirming and equitable organizational cultures. He has nearly ten years of experience consulting for and training organizations on matters of organizational learning, change, diversity, inclusion, and equity. Before starting his own consulting practice, Daniel worked for many years in diverse fields including for-profit consulting firms, national non-profits, community organizations and city government. Daniel has a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Vermont and a M.S. in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute. He is a McNair Scholar and has been recognized as a Next Generation of Leadership Fellow at the Center for Whole Communities, Environmental Justice Fellow at the New York City Environmental Justice Alliance, and a Equitable Planning Fellow at the Pratt Center for Community Development.
