Kellen Zale is an associate professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where her research focuses on property, land use, and local government law. She received her A.B. from Princeton University and her J.D. from Duke University.  Prior to joining the University of Houston, she taught at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and was an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Her scholarship has appeared in the Stanford Law Review, University of Colorado Law Review, and Arizona State Law Journal, among other publications.
