Donald Ludlow is CPCS’s Vice President over the United States and a Principal with the company. He has nearly 20 years of management consulting experience focused on transportation strategy, policy, and operations. He has led and supported consulting engagements in over 40 states, Canada, and Mexico. Donald is an expert in all aspects of freight transportation planning, operations, and strategy including freight data applications, freight-dependent land use, and freight operations. From 2012 to 2018 Donald served as the Chair of the Transportation Research Board’s Freight Transportation Data Committee and led a Task Force on Understanding Big Data in Freight Transportation.
