Adrian has 44 years of planning experience in 12 states and has led planning and environmental agencies at the local and state levels. He is past Planning Section Chief for a Regional EOC and has developed codes for Wildland Urban Interface land uses and structures and earthquake fault zones.
Adrian is a past national APA Director, Divisions Council Chair and Nevada and Wisconsin Chapter President. He worked with the legislatures of Wisconsin, Texas, Kentucky, Connecticut and Nevada on planning and environmental legislation. He worked on visioning, development and environmental codes for Louisville, Kentucky, Austin, Texas, Washoe County, Nevada, Lake Tahoe, and Madison, Wisconsin. He also led the Long Island Sound Study staff team for Connecticut and testified to U.S. House and Senate Committees on The Clean Water Act and Coastal Zone Management Act for APA and Connecticut.
