Lauren Mattern helps cities around the country (and world) considering innovative parking programs, from implementing demand-responsive pricing to eliminating parking minimums. While currently a Principal at Nelson\Nygaard, Lauren cut her teeth as an early shaper of the SFpark pilot projects in San Francisco. She now translates those lessons learned, from parking to smart cities concepts, to a variety of contexts. In addition to smart parking reform, Lauren also champions Transportation Demand Management (TDM) policies and emerging mobility projects.
