Course Description: Leaders must keep evolving the workplace culture to build and maintain an inclusive environment that serves the needs of many over the few.  The session will examine equity in position descriptions, job duties, and how to understand the complex dynamics underlying diversity challenges and opportunities in the workplace.  Dive into discussions on evaluating current diversity and inclusivity, review of recruitment and hiring practices that promote diversity.  The session will also discuss how to work through office politics and explore ways to eliminate discriminatory work practices and unconscious bias for a work environment with more trust, respect, and civility.
