Bryan Rodda is a planner and policy analyst in the Passenger Rail Policy Division of the Federal Railroad Administration, a part of the U.S. Department of Transportation. In this role, he supports USDOT's membership in the Northeast Corridor Commission, including capital planning and reporting activities. He also provides guidance and oversight of Amtrak capital and asset plans. Bryan holds a Master's Degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
