Dr. Cynthia A. Lintz, AICP is currently a Community Planner at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She has a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Community and Regional Planning and a Doctoral Degree from Virginia Tech University in Planning, Governance and Globalization. Her current research interests are: community building, group identity and place making along international borders.
