Clients include local governments, Special Districts, private sector, agricultural and Tribal entities specializing in development and regulatory issues, Gulf of Mexico & Everglades Restoration, energy finance tools, code development and all types of land use issues as well as Federal and state litigation on energy, water resources management and environmental regulatory matters. Ms. Deady previously served as Environmental Counsel to Audubon of Florida and has worked for the Village of Wellington, the Broward County Department of Planning and Environmental Protection and the South Florida Water Management District.

Climate, sustainability and energy planning have been a major focus of the firm having completed numerous local government plans covering these topics. The firm is also a national leader on the development of energy finance tools such as property assessed clean energy and other legislative issues addressing climate and planning.
